@knigh001 Agreed, the Magnuson–Moss Warranty Act takes presidence over such actions. An aftermarket exhaust will not cause damage to the engine, drivetrain or body. I also agree that CARB has specific limitations imposed upon exhausts and other aftermarket parts. They must be approved by the board and stamped as such. A CHP officer can issue an inspection ticket and force you to have the vehicle inspected at one of their sites, which can cause libility issues you are responsible for.

If you call a berk Dealer they can pre order you one as I did today. I called Ryan at forged performance for mine. Its on back order for 6 to 8 weeks. If your a member of the370 you should be able to find his shop under sponsor classifieds

For a dealer to void your warranty, they would have to show that the HFC caused the damage to whatever part failed. However, being that this car is in CA there are a lot of legal issues to be considered concerning emission laws...
