well i know its probably different a lil but I have a Honda 169cc engine on my gokart, not sure whats wrong but I think its carb related since someone put crap in my gas (our neighbors are jerks) we drained the old gas and emptyed the bowl on the carb. And made sure the float wasnt sticking and cleaned the gas tank. And it ran fine for a day, next day it wouldnt run again. Gas is clean. Wont run without choke on, with choke is off the throttle jerks. Any idea?

@0010672 You can try smaller size jets and maybe drop the needle down a bit but it's all trial & error unless ya know a guy with a rolling road (dyno).

Fantastic video, for people out there looking to do this it might be worth ordering the carb float bowl seal in advance for however many carbs you have, its the seal that sits between the bottom of the carb and the carb itself. Sometimes you won't know it leaks until you've re-fitted the carbs to the bike. Once again, great video!

Didn't you forget to put the pilot screw back in?

@p8ball4life No I forgot to film it but it's common sense that ya need to put them in that's why I marked them and counted the turns so as to make sure they go in the same position :)
