Hi, so my friend and I are planning to go to the Flying U Ranch for the first time this summer. Did you guys go by yourselves without parents? Because My parents are DEFS not the kind where they would go to Ranches and go on trail rides, and neither is my friend's parents. BUT my mom is scared to let us go on our own... (WERE 16)

And also, how were the cabins? I hear their pretty rusty...

@loveponyrider86 you have to be 18 to ride without an adult. (i am of age) and you have to be 19 to sign the waiver. It is a wonderful ranch and the cabins are great. have gone there every summer for 4 years

It's been way too long since I went. Planning on going again... I'm semi-beginner. Any suggestions for puuurrrdy horses at that level?? I know I sound so city but I have always wanted to ride a black or palomino horse and yet always end up with the plain jane / crazy that goes bonkers on the way back to the barn.
