Are you aware that 'depoteco' is promoting at least 1 bio-mechanically questionable, ( & surely redundant), exercise using the ROM? ("ROM Machine Demo Video(range of motion Full body Cardio workout".) She also responded to me that she uses -both- work-outs back-to-back in 1 session,(this has been erased, along with all of my posts on her site).

@ZboneWalker who has twenty minutes?
-
@zUFCS automatically reciprocates increased resistance as it's pulled & pushed harder, but with essentially no speed increase./ Airdyne increases resistance only as it's pedaled faster. / In previously untrained individuals, potential for trained strength increases is great, but potential for speed increases is small. Thus: Depending on continued speed increases to achieve continued strength increase is short-lived & ineffective.

@z5m2 In terms of the variable resistance, you are correct. An Airdyne bike and a ROM machine are similar in that respect.
-
@UltraFastCrossTrainr Same idea as an Airdyne bike, yes?

@ZboneWalker Four intense minutes on the crosstrainer are more healthy and effective than a 20 minute jog. You buy the crosstrainer if you value your time more than your money.
-
Why to pay that much? It's free and more healthy and effective to go for a 20 minute jog.
why not a 130 dollar bike, and diet is about 80% of the battle. signed, former fat guy that refused to be ripped off by crap like this.

@58jtaylor That's great to hear that you have had the discipline to lead a more healthy lifestyle. Likewise, many of our customers have become more fit through the use of our product. It's much easier to maintain discipline with a short, intense exercise regimen. And, I agree that diet is a key factor.

To get a good work out you must work out at least 20 minutes whit heart rate not too much not too low. That was proved in some studies of american something institute, i don't remember.... So how you explain that this could do it in 4 minutes?

@ZboneWalker There are numerous studies showing the benefits of high intensity short duration exercise. Please perform an internet search to learn more. I'm not trained in exercise physiology so I am unable to explain in detail how high intensity training can benefit you. However, I can tell you from my personal experience that a daily 4 minute workout on the crosstrainer is more effective for me than a daily jog of 30 to 40 minutes plus I no longer have issues with my knees.
