    Dr Michaels my comment was not posted as of 7/23/12 on you blog story about construction site falls.Whats going on with this civil rights violation Dr Michaels? DOL is violating my civil right to free speech.My comment is completely on topic and is a serious concern of mine.

    Again Dr Michaels could you please call Tracy Johnson at DOL office of public affairs 202-693-4658. Again Dr Michaels i am an American,military dad,tax payer,voter I HAVE A RIGHT TO POST COMMENTS.I follow DOL guide lines !!!

    OK Dr Michael i just posted a comment on the DOL blog story by you on falls on costruction sites.Will you please make sure its posted for it is on topic and brings to light the dangers i found on construction equipment.So here is Tracy Johnson's phone number (202-693-4658) of DOL office of public affairs who handles posting comments on the blog for you to call her Dr Michaels.Lets not forget i am an American,military dad,tax payer,voter,so i think i have a right to post comments buddy.

    Remember my APP Dr Michaels while your on that panel of judges OK,Remember now i call it "The hear no evil,Speak no evil See no evil about safety problems at your work" ,OSHA whistleblower warning APP"

    I could really use that 15.000 dollars and maybe save my home from foreclosure after i made the mistake and became a Whistleblower under that useless OSHA11(c) false whistleblower protection program.Let me know where i stand in the race Dr Michaels OK buddy.Your the greatest Dr Michaels.

    You know what Michaels it's ironic how DOL/ OSHA was pathetic at protecting my civil rights after i blew the whistle with OSHA and was clearly fired for protected activity,then only to have DOL violate my civil rights by removing my comments from of all things the Tax payer funded DOL blog!! GO FIGURE MICHAELS

    You mention making our society better,safer,fairer so why is DOL removing my comments from a tax payer supported blog that is produced by the U.S department of labor?

    Is that fair Dr Michaels? Is that Legal Dr Michaels? Is that a Safe thing to do Dr Michaels? Or is that the better thing to do? by violating my civil right to free speech.

    Let me remind you Dr Michaels i am an American citizen,Military dad,Tax payer,Voter,so explain your illegal actions to the American people.

    Employers have the resposobility to provide a safe work area? So how come i provided OSHA complete documentation that on the day i was fired for suposed safety violation Trico Lift sent out on rent a JLG 3969 Lift that i just locked out unsafe,OSHA had every Trico Lift document showing this gamble with workers lives and JLG even stated the truck driver loading it was in danger! OSHA even has pictures of my lock out tag hanging on the lift! If i had missed the safety problem i'd have been FIRED!!

DOL/OSHA could use the slogan "GOT MERIT?".What do you think Michaels?What do you think Hilda Solis? What do you think Joe Mains? What do you thinkPat Shui?.Remember now a top OSHA offical provided me inside information for OSHA obviousley knew my employer was lying to OSHA federal investigators,Not only that with that info i prooved that they also conspired to lie to U.S federal investigators
