We had a small restaurant here (long gone, now) that sold these. They called 'em Crystal rolls, and they were GOOD!

@SmokeyGoodness thats a great idea because the deep fried rolls are called the spring rolls as well and it can be confusing. I remember ordering spring rolls at thai express and then getting home and it wasnt the good one lol
