I'm absoutely a mental case right now. My surgery is tomorrow afternoon and I'm having major cold feet. I had no idea i'd feel this way. I'm so scared about nutritional deficiencies and what it could lead to. Am I going to feel sick to my stomach all the time? Am I never going to enjoy food? Am I going to get a hernia and need more surgery? I'm so terrified. I've been crying so much. I don't want to make the wrong choice.

You will not be sick all the time, you will learn to actually enjoy food MORE. I taste food more than I ever did before.. please be strong

hi i have a question about me trying to get approved , my insurance company is asking for 3-4 months of wt watchers journels and weigh ins so i joined today somtimes i feel like they are giving me the run around just to tell me no in the end. what do you think? did you have to go through a bunch of hooptylah?

I am so amazed about the way you look now since your surgery. I am planning to have a surgery too. But I wonder if it is possible to gain weight again after years? Or ill you be like that for ever?

Hi Amelia. It's been one month since my surgery. I had problems with vomiting and an ex-ray discovered a narrowing and possible small ulcer. The medication given is working very well. Thank you for your response you sent me when I questioned you about vomiting. I would now like you to do a video about journaling to help me out. Also, please state the amount of protein, carbs, etc. we should be getting per day. I'd really appreciate it. Thank you again and keep up the good work.

Wow, it seems there were a lot of your videos that I missed.

I gained weight after eating ham, and peeps...oh no Easter candy. I looked down at my stomach and thought it looked so bloated. I have gone back down. I know what I did wrong. It is a candy addiction.

Please know that I enjoy sugar. I also enjoy my smaller size clothes. I wish I could stick to three Hersey Kisses or something similar. I mean, small bites!
