Hotel Riverside Studios mouse in room, New York

I stayed in Hotel Riverside Studios this summer and it was the worst hotel ive ever stayed in, the video shows a mouse in our room, and after staying i can say there is a clear rodent and insect problem which they dont address as the captured mouse in the 5th floor room was still there a day later. All the hotel is un-clean with the bathroom having urine stains for the whole of our stay, along with dirty floors and sinks. The TV did not work in the room and all towels and sheets in the room were unclean. To make it all worse the staff and manager were rude and i felt threatend by them. Id never stay there again as it was just discusting and unsafe.

I actually also stayed here, a few days ago in fact. Our room was, however, mouse-free. I must say though for $85 in NYC... you kind of get what you pay for. I didn't have any problems with the staff... We were only there for one night, however, but I had a good experience.

I stayed here too, worst hotel of my life, it was disgustingly unclean and the staff were so rude. I just didnt feel safe in the hotel.
