  • Continued: He really liked your workout and is interested in getting your program. He suggested that you take some classes, doesn't cost much and you can make sure you get the proper form down. He just doesn't want you to hurt yourself unnecessarily :)

  • Great workout Jeff!! My one friend, he's a KB instructor & he email me, this is what he said about your first KB exercise: "He isn't activating his hips & using them to power the swing. He's squatting & the swing is not a ballistic squat. If anything, the basic motion is sumo dead-lift in a ballistic fashion. He isn't activating his hips to drive the motion he is activating his shoulders to pull up the bell the rest of the way. This causes unnecessary strain on the shoulder girdle & low back."

  • for everyone talking shit you obviously dont realize he is incorporating cardio with main muscles.. and if you fight you know that cardio is the number one thing you need.. a gassed fighter is useless

  • @Cornbreadddd this is pretty much crossfit.. not only is it working the main muscles but also youre doing cardio at the same time.. which if you were a fighter you w ould know cardio is the number 1 thing
