just buy a pre-cut stencil

If you were to apply the vinyl to an area of the disc that has aready been dyed will it pull the dye up when you remove the vinyl?

why don't you just need vinyl? cut the stencil out of vinyl then set it on top of the disc would be a lil less confusing right?

guys i have a problem, i tried to dye my innova skeeter, i followed the steps you showed in all your videos my disc didn't take the color (black on a white disc) instead of coming out black, it came out a pinkish color. i don't understand what happened here. if you or anybody who reads knows what might be wrong please e-mail me at moedxn@gmail.com. great videos guys, i just wish my disc came out because i cut out a real good jack skellington, who is now pink..

@jugglinggenius Really? Almost in every shot it shows the Rit dye boxes in the frame........so Rit dye.

How much does sign vinyl run?

Depends on how much you get and where you get it. You can expect to pay around $15-20 for a small roll, but I think Chuck paid around $70 for his giant roll.

You can get sign vinyl from any sign shop, just look in your yellow pages. You can also purchase it online, just google "sign vinyl" and you should see a bunch of places to buy it. Thanks!
