Queen is probably one of the only bands where each member is a GOOD writer. They each wrote at least one hit.

I've always been fascinated by Roger's voice. Freddie's was crystal clear and the best of course, but I was also always waiting for the next Taylor song on the albums. He has a very distinctive voice, and I wonder when he first got aware of that. You can't just walk around with a voice like that and not say "mm, that has to sound good through a mic".
