Ya seriously, in fact a lot of great singers; Perry Farrell, James Hetfield, Axl Rose are all closing in at age 50 soon and Perry is the best in my opinion! Axl is the worst (out of breath and sucks live now)

You just can't deny that crazy chemistry... it blew me away in '88 and did it again in '08. The clips I've seen of the show have been amazing... what a difference Eric makes in the sound of the craziest mother f'in band of the day!
