In all actuality Alexander Campbell was originally affiliated with the baptist. He wrote a journal between the 1820s and 1830s called The Christian Baptist. Bill Jackson never said he was a baptist.

The point about the Campbells being associated with the Baptists has been brought up by Bob Ross repeatedly. The real Baptists eventually broke with the heretical Campbells & their false beliefs.

@tray28dog You Campbellites think you can save yourselves by your own WORKS of "baptism," "repenting," "confessing," "believing," etc. but you never get the point & thus in the end you will die in your sins (Galatians 1:6-9, 2:16, 4:6, Isaiah 64:6, etc). You must be FIRST supernaturally saved by a sovereign work of the Holy Spirit not your "works" (Eph 2:8-10, 1 Cor 2:10-16, 3:16, 6:19-20, Romans 5:4-5, 8:8-17, 9:10-23, Titus 3:5-7, John 1:12-13, 2 Tim 2:24-26). Campbellism is spiritual death.

John 3:16 For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have everlasting life. Why is baptism left out of so many verses if it's crucial for salvation? Why was the thief on the cross not disqualified for an inheritance that requires water baptism? What about deatbed conversions?
