http://www.therenegadehealthshow.com - I feel like I don't even have to introduce Mike Litman...

Why?

Because he's been such an influence on how I've grown my mindset over the past 5-6 years.

But of course, for those of you who don't know who he is, he deserves a bit of drum roll type intro on the show.

I got his "Greatness Held Hostage" CD maybe 5 years ago and it literally changed the way I thought about everything.

Mike has interviewed a list of who's who in the entrepreneurial world, he's connected with many influential people, he's a motivator and he's created an amazing coaching team in the past... he's got a few things up his sleeve as well (which is the reason for our meeting today).

So basically, he's a pretty cool guy... and what's even better yet, he and hjis brother Brian (who together run their coaching business) have an adventurous spirit.

We took 'em to Quintessence and gave the shots of Island Fire (raw noni) from Elements for Life...

Take a look to see what they thought... (Mike also gives a tidbit of greatness as well for you all!)

  • ah yes :)

theme of my life right now ;)

as I continue to traverse this path and grow I find that I am surrounding myself more and more with people of the same frequency. AND I'm always trying to connect with those people who inspire me (like you two) ;)

who else comes to mind (to surround myself with)?

off the top of my head...david wolfe, ani phyo, debbie ford, byron katie, happy oasis, karen knowler...i could go on ;)

  • I don't know if I wanna use noni. I heard of it before, but I agree more on eating fresh fruits and vegetables. From these you get your enzymes and vitamins naturally produced. Noni, and all those other juices and vitamin pills are not made naturally. Kevin, let me know what you think.

I am surrounded by a great, wise man which is my brother. He gives me advices all the time. Anyways, thanks for sharing this with us Kevin.

  • Rofl. Litman is the man.

  • goji(gochi) juice rules all

  • noni, acai,mangosteen are awesome

  • Well surrounding myself with successful raw food business owners comes to mind... I have some in my area and so I will spend time at their stores and communicating with them more, become better friends!

If I didn't live around anyone successful in the way that I wanted to be, I would move somewhere where I could find those people.

  • yes noni is very important
