Maybe you can clarify this, I have asked many people to post actual law or quote in the US Constitution that states that both parent have to be US Citizens, because as I read the actual Constitution & the SC ruling on past case plus the 8 U.S.C. 1401 - 1409. The only one that I seen that comes close is the Constitution of the United States of America, Philadelphia: Philip H. Nicklin Law Book, page 86. It was an 1829 treatise onthe U.S. Constitution and it’s stated none of the parents need to be.

@usamachinist To clarify, I don't think Obama would defeat the Republican canidate!! But Hillary might! I personally want Ron Paul to be POTUS!

My fear is that if Obama can't run in Nov. the Dems may choose Hillary, And there are alot of people that might awaken to vote her in over the GOP choice. Anyone that's been paying attention knows what a disaster that would be for America!! Do we want a rotten green apple or a rotten red apple!
