I believe that on this recording the instrument playing the bass line is a guitar pitch-shifted down an octave, but whatever the instrument it's a very good bass line. I had trouble with the bends on the fills, and with the 50-bus motorcycle jump. Presented in glorious 3600P Retina Display for your enjoyment of the colors red, black, and dull earthy grey. Played on a MusicMan Bongo through an SWR Super RedHead with a BOSS ODB-3 bass distortion pedal recorded with a Blue Snowball USB microphone.

  • im about to get a redhead, id like to know if u have any complain about this little monster. btw u rock bro, peace!

  • @cacodrillo I don't have any complaints, really. Although I'm not in the bass studio, my school uses RedHeads for just about everything (upright, electric, cellos as well), and our visiting artists use the same ones as well.
