3151-351F-B800-0F00-C000-0013 error code

Hi I inserted FIFA 12 on my XBOX 360 Elite (modded) when I was asked for an update, I did the update and it now asks me to reinsert the disc to continue the update with a status code error that reads 3151-351F-B800-0F00-C000-0013.
The message stays there when I turn the XBOX on again and I cant go to the dashboard, is there anything I can do?
