for me it says "safari could not open the page because the server stopped responding."

It shows at the top the wifi sign or those three bars and when i connect to youtube or an app its say i dont have internet connection and my computer is turned on

@TheBerkaay Yeah, it did not work on mine either. That's because it's mostly HW problem, in which case none of the restores and such will help until you replace the faulty piece. :(
