The original " pumpkinhead " is not noted but more than likely still resides in Stan Winston's warehouse with his other creations { which his son still owns }

Let me set a few things straight... this is not the " original " Pumpkinhead.
Tom Woodruff and Stan Winston were responsible for the original outfit and the differences can be noted here in an early video of the " original " unpainted Pumpkinhead from Winston's archives and shown from different angles ...

I like the original Pumpkinhead better. He looked scarier. Changes weren't even necessary. Not to mention parts 3 and 4 sucked. The horrible CGI killed it for me.
Still, it would be scary as hell to have this one coming after you, though. XD
