It looked like it was interesting. I have always wanted to go to the parade in town but my husband hates being in crowds and tries to stay away from A CROWD OF PEOPLE. LOL

I don't like when kids act up and moms don't stop them. Kids are a lot of work, that is why we never had them. I agree with you about the way the holiday is celibrated.

Never heard of the candy thing before...course, our local parade is at night, in boats...(oh the possiblilies of throwing that candy) lol

Have footage - but being at night - not as awesome as seeing in person.

Plus used Flip last year - (good cam on fritz) AND kid chatter, etc.

Move where? They're EVERYWHERE!

The candy thing is so bad here that they bring grocery bags to collect it. Parents are every bit as bad too. They try to get them to the first half of the parade so they can collect more, that's why I tend to sit at the end.

The "Memorial Day Sale" thing is what really gets me! It's just so lame to make it a consumer holiday too.
