Adjust the bench to a lower position, if you are a beginner. Place both feet under the rollers, sit upright keeping the lower legs and feet relaxed. Cross arms in front of your chest, contract your abs. Lower yourself in a slow, controlled manner keeping your torso as long as possible until you are halfway down, then crunch back to the original vertical position.
