The J-Craft is a buddy of mine's and has a 115hp in-line 4 Merc on it - I think it's carb'd, not sure. The Donzi a 135 Optimax. I also have a 16' J-Craft with a 1987 Merc In-Line 6 (classic Tower of Power). I have slalomed behind the Donzi a couple of times... it's set up for speed so not great out of the hole, but once up, the wake is actually very good and the boat pulls well. Nothing beats the J-Craft wake for me though, and it pulls you out nicely of course.
