In my opinion Roy Jones Jr is one of the fastest,if not the fastest boxer ever.Not only his hands,but his head movement and hes footwork.He was amazing in his prime.

Thats what's so impressive about Roy,even when he fought Ruiz on heavyweight he was fast and when he fought Vinny Paz he was fast.Thosse fights where in 190 i think and 154.Amazing.
