thanks! i was just about to make some rosemary papas cuz a friend gave me some fresh rosemary off of his tree but i wasn't sure if i should pluck off the stems, then chop, or if i had to leave them natural. i could have choked! in the past i've only used dried rosemary from a bottle.....cheers to you!
