Question to anyone who might know: Rags was bred to Giant's Causeway first, and now she's in foal to Henrythenavigator. I'm rather surprised because Henry doesn't yet have a big reputation as a sire. Anybody know why they chose him?

Birdstone only won one other race..The Travers. Don't be saying that bs that oh they retired SJ because they knew Birdstone would beat him in every other race. And SJ has begun to produce ok foals.

You obviously don't know the game! By your comments, A true historian can tell you are very naive! You honestly think the Chapman's retired him because they were afraid of losing to Birdstone? He had seriously bruised ankle's, They were looking out for their horse and his Breeding future, He is still one of the most popular horses in the country, By your comment, "I could out pick you anyday at the track", Well, I can tell by your immature remark that you are a very young person...

Also, When you say Smarty Jones isn't a "Real Horse", With a comment like that, It really shows you need to learn alot about pedigrees, Smarty is a third-generation descendant of Mr. Prospector. His sire was Elusive Quality who holds the one-mile record on turf. He retired due to serious ankle bruising, He lost one race in his career, The Belmont, Where he finished second! I think you should call The Clay Family at Three Chimney's and tell them you don't think Smarty is a "Real Horse"...
