If only I could memorize my speech, it wouldn't be a problem if i could, i have serious anxiety problems when it comes to speeches, it is easy, but, i have to memorize a speech. I have a horrible memory, tomorrow is my day of speaking, guess i'll just go with whatever the outcome is.

Try to avoid memorizing your speech. You'll never get better that way. Use an outline with bullet points and be as conversational as possible. You can become a dynamic speaker if you confront the anxiety! Please try my book on this: google grimm speaking book. It could change your life.

Mark does a great job of sharing some fantastic tips for how we can overcome the fears that come along with speaking in public. His rule #1 ("it's all about the audience") makes watching the video well worth the time invested in watching it...
