Yup... when we were there Gerardo wasn't even "chief", he was "assistant chief" ;-) In our time (look at me talking, it's just 5 months ago ;-)) there was chief roberto, gerardo, lalo, fabiola, yolene, maxime, ciema, hector and ramses. We looooved Lalo, such an outgoing guy. We went out with them 5/6 times and always had a blast. One of the first hotels that we visited where you could just hang out with animation and having a nice time, without them being pushy or whatever.
