Charlotte, N.Y. -- Police arrested more than a dozen people after fights involving about 50 youths broke out around 7 o'clock Monday night at Ontario Beach Park. Police had to clear the area, sending people home.

They should not allow them into any event without parent/responsible adult. Make the adult show proof of being guardian, than scan their azz. Scanner must be kind that shows if they have been in trouble before. Then that wouldn't work, cause 90percent of black/hispanic hoes have a tribe of kids and not married.
