You will learn how to extract the SAM hash to crack later or to crack on the spot for the password.
The Ophcrack tables can be downloaded from http://www.demonoid.me/files/details/1709287/0013457105767/ and will work on any Ophcrack platform.
This will work if you use the live cd to extract the SAM file or you can use the persons hard drive as an external drive and crack it from there.
