@UTAOUB this guy is right all table games in the casino are a game of mathematical skill for example in roulette you have a 1-3 chance of winning if you place a bet down the middle and no where else this offers minimum risk with maximum gain

Same for weed, prostitution, drugs in general, consensual incest. Legalize anything consensual (within reason) done between adults, I say. Of course, states can set standards as to where things like prostitution can take place (not in front of a school zone, for example), but in general, no one should be jailed for that kind of act. Policemen are supposed to stop CRIMINALS, not individuals just enjoying their freedom.
