  • @ElectricGrandpa I'm different :).

  • @Bitwzyze pretty much everyone I've ever talked to thought the old blender UI was awful, that's why they changed it :)

  • @EvilPoliceman Thanks. I didn't actually know that.

But it's all relative, really. Just because you think it's awful, it doesn't mean everyone else does too.

  • @Bitwzyze

They redid it because the old one was AWFUL. But anyways, there is a simple solution. Open old blender, and save a .blend file. Open it in new blender, and the UI should resemble the old one. Save it as default.

  • @EvilPoliceman You don't have to like it.

But if you're like me and have been using Blender for what seems like forever, you'd be pretty pissed too if they suddenly redid the whole fucking UI.

  • @Bitwzyze

    No. Just no.

  • I bloody hate 2.5 with a passion. I wish they kept the 2.49 UI, at least as an option.

  • omg i've been hitting my head on the wall for almost two weeks looking for that O_O; thanks!

  • Render >> Post Processing >> Edge

    Thanks !!!!

  • Oh, that's where they hid the edge option! Thanks!
