@KacheMarp0 that's a very important point you made there. It's true. In spite of all that has been happening, DS never advises anything bad against the Dalai Lama. Whenever he takes trance through the oracles, and he is asked about Dalai Lama, he advises us not to criticise, not to say anything bad and to always be patient and just do our practice. This is what DS is really about - such kindness and compassion.

You´re right, normally China wouldn´t support this group. But they are. Shugden and Chinese leaders have met regularly since -98. First meeting Kathmandu. The Shugden society in Delhi is the link to China.

The triple murder was probably well planned. And the murderers were linked to the Delhi Shugden society.

Now at least two of them are back in China/Tibet because they have Chinese protection.

Dorje Shugden has traditionally been invoked by orthodox Gelugpas in the past and fundamentalists in our days in open antagonism against the other Tibetan schools....

I like what you said as what I read in the dorjeshugden website seem to point towards this direction. It is some kind of grand plan to elevate Dorje Shugden who have the affinity and power to spark a new resurgence of Buddhism in the world. All this is but a drama or just merely a play.

When all the criticism started, Kache Marpo once said that we would never be able to find the financial resources to propagate the DS throughout the world to an extent as it is happening now with the controversy. So he seemed quite happy about the publicity. He also hinted, that in truly out-of-hand circumstances of slander he would sometimes prefer to intervene with his sharp powers, but that DS always binds him by obliging him to never do any harm to sentient beings.

we can still make this happen. we can make this view of taking both DS and DL the same despite the differences people see in them.

They both are BUDDHAS, take refuge in them!

They both offer protection, go under their care!

They both show us the Way, tread the path they lead!

i think it's sad that we have to choose between DS or DL. These forums and youtube comments make it out like you have to pick a side. Either you pick DS or you pick DL. In the first place, just 3 or 4 decades ago, thousands of Buddhist practitioners were devoted to both DS and DL equally and respected them both equally. IS that saying that all those practitioners and lamas were wrong then?

Why can't it be possible for us to mutually respect both DS and DL today too?
