This is my windmill progression of cleaning up my windmills. It took me approximately 3 months to figure out how to do them and another 3 months to have them pretty clean. I didn't just sit on the couch and just randomly get windmills out of nowhere. It comes from handwork, lots of pain, and dedication.
As you can see in the video, I get better and sometimes worse throughout the whole summer. But generally I get better.

@lostinYourReality lol 2 weeks ago i couldnt do cricket freeze now i can jeje but seriously its good to learn the handglide and back spin those r required my cousin got mills in a weel thanks to those btw ur tutorial its awesome! I just got my 1st perfect mill yesterday =D

@darkdzero Um like 3 days? I had prior wrist strength before I started. You do not need crab freeze to do a windmill.
