I think we should all be glad roadrunners aren't 15 feet tall! There is one stalking my friend's cat right now in Southern Utah, which is kind of out of their range.
Now, who's the smarter one? Wasn't the terrorbirds getting extinct because of smilodons? Are birds then less intelligent? I have read about these roadrunner birds that they cannot maintain same body temperature just like the case with those reptiles on which they prey. WOW, then dinosaurs could have been both reptiles and varmbloded after all!

believe it or not it might be looking at that cat as food, they kill small animals all the time
