Beginner Circuit from Never Gymless, no excuses workout. The circuit consists of 20 pushups, 20 squats, 8 body rows, 10 ham curls, and 8 pike presses. Time yourself to measure your progress.

  • Despite some of the negative comments looks like you are doing fine. Of course the candle light does set a romantic mood :)

  • Do you always workout under the candlelight? Turn on the lights before you hurt your stupid self!

  • cool video. You should try this excersize I put up here. Start out with 10's.

    Can I ask what were you using after you did the perfect pushups. (dip station??)
