It is clear that Terry Stacy has never read the Belgian Tervuren standard -

Char-Ma Chosen One has numerous major faults including:

1) Missing or poor mask (serious fault),

2) missing blackening on the body (major fault),

3) Washed out coat color,

4) Straight Front,

5) Short tail,

6) cowhocked.

At best this Belgian is a pet quality dog - but is being handled by one of the top handlers in the country and it is clear that Judge Terry Stacey only puts up dogs by professional handlers.
