  • @RosyAfterglow

My advice: Enable HTML5 on youtube. Then try again.

  • @lawyh1506 Oh who cares? its a minor minor minor minor mistake!

  • quite possibly one of the greatest symphonies ever written

  • @lawyh1506 you must be a conductor

  • oh my.... that dear grandpa trumpetist....what an unbelievable attacca! How articulated and firmly accented playing!!!! Terrific

  • Very nice performance! Thanks for sharing.

  • la mia esecuzione preferita !!!! ( my favourite execution )

  • How did 1990 Billy Ray Cyrus make it into this orchestra at 12:40?

  • Wonderful performance !

    A lot of thanks

  • Fantastic, brilliant, great acoustics, not often heard here in the U. S. The acoustics of both Detroit Orchestra hall and Chicago tend to be very live but don't allow for as much separation of the individual voices. This is really a wonderful recording and deserves a hall of Fame award as the best audio video. True the rumblings from the audience are a bit of a sore spot.

  • @BINGFRYSRDUN Heh, well that's just too bad :) You don't conduct Bud, he conducts YOU!

And besides Barenboim is always like that...
