hmm, i'm not ~entirely~ sure, I got mine off ebay and it works fine (if you're worried about the quality). i'm sure there are puzzle stores that have it, but best bet is probably ebay (just try not to get one that looks reallly really cheap)

Eric you opened it wrong, you weren't supposed to remove any plastic, just separate it. and when you adjust the first cross to 12, you leave the DR peg down, that way you dont have to change pegs after flipping. and I agree with Derrick 11-12 is not good enough for me either :P
