ROBIN'S POV
Jake takes me home and says that he will see me tomorrow at school. I smile at him and kiss him before I go in. I don't notice it at the time, but his kiss has no feeling behind it. It felt empty, nothing like before the whole Jonas social suicide thing.
Today, the next day I wake up, and I don't hesitate to throw off the blankets and jump into clothes. For the first time in forever, I cant wait to get to school. I get to see Jake. When was the last time I was excited to see Jake? The last time I was excited to go to school.
I throw on the outfit I wore the day that I went to the graveyard to meet that... jerk. The outfit brings back bad memories, but my excitement runs over all those. This is the cutest outfit I own, and I have to look cute today. I have to win him back. No, I smile to myself, I have to keep him, I already have him.
I wait anxiously for my ride to pull up to drive me to school. Finally they come and I jump in the car with Traci and Grace. I quickly tell them what happened yesterday, leaving out the part with Joe. They act happy for me, but I can tell that they are worried. About what, I don't know.
We walk into school laughing. I immediately start looking around for Jake. Where is he? There he is. Man does he look Hot today, with a capital H. He is walking towards me; I smile at him and lift my hand for a wave. Jake smiles back at me, not only does my stomach flip, I think I twisted my intestines. He walks up to me, and spreads his arms for a hug, I lift mine up to hug him back, and take a step towards him.
Cam comes out of nowhere, Jake and her embrace in a hug, I put my arms down. Stupid. Lying. Fraud. I try to keep a composed face. I can feel the stares of my school around me. I must look like a fool. Cam and Jake are smiling and laughing at me.
"Thought YOU were good enough for my boyfriend, didn't you looser," Cam says.
This was all a plan to embarrass me. The worst humiliation ever. And I fell for it.
"See ya, Robin," Jake says with a mocking tone, his arm is wrapped around Cam's waist. I turn to him, stomp on his foot and run to the bathroom before I start crying.
I slam the door to the stall, sit on the toilet and cry my heart out. Not only did I fall for Jake and Cams plan, but I... Joe. Joe! What did I do? He was probably telling the truth. He must hate me now. I cant believe I would turn him down for a selfish, stupid, lying, fraud. No I was the stupid one.
"Robin open up!" I hear Grace say. I unlock the bathroom stall door and let them in. I hear the bell ring for the next class, but I don't care about school right now. I don't care about anything.
"Let me see your iphone," I say to Grace, she reaches in her pocket and pulls out her iphone, and hands it to me, "I don't know if you will get any signal in here," she says.
"Internet access?" I ask.
"Maybe"
I quickly find that I can only get internet access by standing on the toilet. I go to youtube and log on. I really hope this works. I send a message to the Jonas Brothers, after unblocking them. I never thought I would block the Jonas Brothers. The best band in the world. But now I am unblocking them. It's strange how this world works.
"JOE," I type, "MEET ME AT THE GRAVEYARD IN TWENTY MINUTES!" I really hope he gets the message. I hand Grace her phone back, then hold my hand out to Traci saying, "Keys," She hands them to me, "You have to pick us up after school."
"Ok!" I yell, running out of the bathroom and to her car. I put the pedal to the gas as best I can on stoplight streets. I am pretty sure I break the speed limit, but I see no police cars pulling me over, until I come over a hill. The siren goes on, and I pull over.
