Miren al hipócrita del siglo XXI hablando de la solidaridad regional! Prohibió las importaciones de productos colombianos con la intención de crear desempleo y miseria en Colombia. Lo miserable del gobierno de Chavez debe responderse. El ferrocarril de Venezuela a Ecuador debe cancelarse. Colombia no debe permitir el uso de millones de hectáreas a beneficio de las exportaciones de petróleo Venezolano. Esos gasoductos/oleoductos y trenes deben ser cancelados. El terreno es colombiano!

Its about the pending Bank of the South. It would be a multi-nation (mostly South American) credit generator for development bank in order to avoid the IMF and its dictatorial whims.

That sounds great to have an alternative to the IMF racket, I suppose Chavez is for it, but I dont know much about Larouche is he in favor?
