Bill Finley, founder of Finley-Holiday Films, passed away February 8, 2011. He was 86. Bill was husband to Winnie Finley, and father to Mark Finley, who runs the family business after working at Bill's side for 42 years.
Bill started his first photography business in 1937 at age 13 and evolved it through the decades, changing with each new audio-visual technology. Bill was still working 5 days a week editing videos and had an unbridled enthusiasm for audio-visual art, work and people. At 86, he had the latest Mac intel computer, an Apple laptop, an iPhone and was the first kid on the block to get an iPad. His kindness, smile and generosity touched many lives. We'll miss you Bill.
