Which company in China bought this beautiful plant ??

Angang Steel Company Ltd. bought it from Thyssen Krupp. They only took those parts which were worthwhile and seemed usable in the long term, older parts they left on site in Dortmund. At present I don't know where exactly in China the plant was built up again.

@ausgeflippter "The sea voyage of the Thyssen Krupp steel mill ended 5,600 miles from Hörde at a small, windswept port on the alluvial bed of the lower Yangtze River... a few hundred yards inland from the riverbank, the plant had been reassembled." James Kynge : China Shakes the World (2006)

I'd much rather have listened to the sounds of the factory than the annoying music track that's on it.

I totally agree! It's the "original Soundtrack" of this promotional video. I believe they wanted it to sound modern and somehow teutonic (hence that odd synth brass sound) to impress the Chinese. To me it sounds very mid-80s-like.
