@giostarwars It depends mainly on the autopilot/on screen display you buy. The range is from cheap bare-bones OSDs without autopilots as cheap as $60 up to $10,000 plus commercial-grade UAV autopilots. The other factor that has a big effect on the price tag is what kind of range you want. You could probably replicate the plane in this video (or at least come close) for as little as $700.

There are many places. I get a lot of the video and OSD equipment at rangevideo . com. Hobbyking has a lot of the basic rc equipment.
