Novak systems are bitch, my mamba has as much power as one of there HV-maxx's, in my stampede and i couldnt be happier the customer service is great also, mamba max esc's are beasts they'll handle 4s in e-maxx,

The mamba is gay,( Novak is 5x better), and the stamped is even gayer. Buy a TA and put a novak in it

Not much to do with gearing, but so much the angle at which the truck would topple over backwards as it reached the top and the loss of traction while climbing the loose rock. This isn't a rock crawler, it's geared for speed and power, so traction isn't the highest priority.

Butthole Surfers - Pepper is the song. No, you do not need a new transmitter for the Mamba. It programs to any tx/rx.
