They have aspartame free shakes. I'm about to start the diet and saw that on the website.

The diet worked really good for you but when i looked at the ingredients in the wonderslim shakes i saw that they contained Aspartame!!!! Thats a bummer cuz i was about to order a months supply :(

@renj3000 well I just done the shakes and ate one or two small meals but no carbs or sugars

@kim24may Um.... I do 45 mins of cardio and I drink a gallon of water. Sometimes I do crunches but I don't work out too much. I drink 7 shakes a day and one small meal but I also drink this tea called CHINA DIETERS TEA. It will not make you gain weight. You can not gain weight on this tea. Even when you cheat! lol.
