John Cutler used to live in Stamford, CT. He played in a band called the Bachs? with Everett Bowman ( guitar), Pip Jones( bass) , Bob Vacca( drums) and Bob Kubovy ( guitar) . His renditions of 'You Really Turn Me On' from that era, were legendary as was his dancing style at the Woman's Club, the Jewish Center on Strawberry Hill Avenue and of course, The Hub Bub. He eventually wound his way to the West Coast , where is a legend amongst the 'Dead' People. Long Live Jerry!

The opening shot is of John Cutler, wearing the "Think Platinum" shirt. Cutler produced "In The Dark" and I think the shirt is in reference to that. David Nelson can also be seen and I think Sandy Rothman is one of the other people in the background. There is another video of what I am guessing is the same day. Search "Jerry Garcia Levi's" to find it.
