@donnny101 JEEZ....do you drive a car...does it sometimes have mechanical problems...does that make you stop driving. They usually have two engines and several fuel filters along with lots of cranking batteries. And with radios....you have access to emergency help if you need it. Also satalite phone service. Of course you could get run over walking across the street...in that case you are fucked.

Hi Donny. You are not quite right. We have many clients with sailing passion and captain licence who drive their boats by themselves and travel around the world with their families or in a couple.

what are they.... boat repairmen, or engineers.... because i know if i was on the open sea and i had to make repairs in that engine room... id prob end up floatin away

They are simply aware that yachts are toys, luxury gadgets with complicated, state-of-the-art electronisc, hydraulic system, etc...And toys break down sometimes. It happens on every boat occasionally...Yet it doesn't take off the pleasure of crusing abord one's own boat and enjoying the great feeling of freedom and independence.
