2005-06 Squan Hockey vs TRS Semi-Finals

Feb 21, 2006: One of the all time great Squan Hockey Games! 3rd Seeded Manasquan triumphs over 2nd Seed Toms River South in a battle of 2 of the best net-minders around in Chris Rij for Squan and Mike Costa for South. Spectators felt that this playoff game was probably going to be decided by just one goal. That goal came to Squan by way of Defense #3, Brett Crane in the 3rd period with about 10 minutes left in the game. Shots on goal: TRS 23/Squan 21. Squan went on to win the Southern Blue Division Cup by defeating Red Bank Regional 2-1.
