  • a more detailed description of the exhaust and supply of gas would be great! i wanna make one of my own in my forge. details would be greatly appreciated. i love the simplicity and effectiveness of the design.

  • I tend to run the forge on the oxidizing side to get more heat at lower gas pressure.(7psi) but it does cause more carbon scaling. I bought the burner from Larry Zoler and it has a .035 mig tip for orrifice. Larry has a new burner you should check out. I plan on buying two more for a larger forge. good luck

  • I like your forge, however, it looks like its reducing a little bit. Did you change the size of the burner? can you give me the specs?

  • No. Just no.

Cheaper, and most the the time far higher quality.

  • couldnt u just buy a gas forge like that??

seems kinda tedious to make it from scratch

  • Yau'll are having fun!!! thanks for posting.

    Good work,

  • the forge should not pulse ist hould sound like a geltle wind or the burner will not run efficantily you may want to try a lower presher

  • thats really cool.

what size tank do you use and roughly how long dose it last
