@itsyuno i know it isn't the same, but for like $2.5k, you can get electric wheels (2) and you can accelerate to 50-55 in a matter of moments. of course, then you add the price of the bike, atleast another 2k because it has to be able to take the bumps and stop quickly, you might as well have just bought a 250cc ninja that does 110 mph...

they didnt hold it for too long
-
"Ohhhh, that´s nothing i go to 130mph while drinking a beer"

@potatomanjr Cheers, yeah just getting used to the gears and clip pedals! I hope to keep it up throughout my life too. It's brilliant

@ireaallylikethisname Oh nice! I hope you like it! Biking is a great sport been racing for 11 years now.

@potatomanjr ahh right, I wish I could give you a better description. I just got into cycling as a hobby last Summer so I don't know all the different tyre makes and I don't really have much money because I'm still at college with no job so I just use what i can get hold of. I got my first road bike today though it's a specialized allez 16 2011 model! Chuffed to bits with it!!! :D

@ireaallylikethisname The only reason I ask this, is because I didnt really think there was a standard tire for mtb... Just anything that has some knobs on it... On my Niner ss I use a bontrager race lite on the front ( I think there called a race lite) and a python on the back.

i just hit 90mph on my bigwheel

try doing that on fixed gear like mash sf and macfarma sf
SHHH thats nothing- I was going down hwy 33 in LaCrosse Wisconsin with my buddy Pat drafting each other when we rounded the corner and there was a semi truck. as soon as we got close enough to the truck the draft pulled us in. After a few seconds, i looked at my CatEye and it said 65.
